Job Description:
The Inside Sales Professional is responsible for reaching out to county and municipal courts, qualifying their potential, introducing the nCourt service, and managing each court through the sales process. As the nCourt service carries no cost or obligation to the court and both reduces the court’s workload and increases fee collection, the salesperson is bringing the court a very powerful value proposition. The critical challenges are to identify the critical decision makers in each court, ensure we are talking to them directly, and usher the government organization through the multi-stage decision process. Following acceptance, the salesperson transfers account management responsibilities to the service and technical team, allowing ongoing focus on pure revenue generation activities.

The Sales Professionals are located in the nCourt offices in Woodstock, GA and most sales activity is telephone based; larger jurisdictions allow an opportunity for periodic business travel. Salespeople receive a competitive salary and unlimited incentive potential based on performance and report to the VP of Sales & Marketing. Benefits include family coverage for health and dental as well as paid vacation.

Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, enabling the professional to rapidly build a strong relationship with court professionals. Strong “people presence” and extroverted approach to new relationships
• Creative problem-solving ability, allowing in-the-moment identification of opportunities and the best approach to yield success
• Strong process and project management skills, allowing focus on dozens of opportunities and successful multi-tasking in a dynamic environment
• A passion for success and willingness to go above and beyond to accomplish goals
• 2-5 years of work experience in a customer-facing role, ideally sales or business development
• College degree
