Retail mattress store in well known busy retail area seeks top 1% sales producer for in store sales position. We sell national name brand bedding at deeply discounted pricing. I will train the right person to be a SUPERSTAR in our industry. Sales experience a MUST. Candidate I seek must follow proven sales techniques and methods owner has developed over 21 years experience selling mattresses. I will speak with and interview only proven top producers. Be prepared to document and substantiate your achievements. I will check out all information I obtain from the top candidate I am interested in...so do not try to embellish your experience. Don't waste my time if you are not in the top 1% of your field. I am not a babysitter and am not seeking a rookie whose hand I must hold. Candidate must be prepared to work in an autonomous environment which dynamically changes with each customer. Must be a quick thinker and possess and display smooth seamless verbal skills with excellent recall ability.
