Private Furnished bedroom, in guest house: Temporary availability to a clean, responsible, organized and honest individual skilled in residential construction (drywall, plumbing, framing, tile). Two small rooms need drywall. One small room needs shower and tile, some plumbing needed. Painting and electrical skills helpful but not required. Will provide one hot meal each day, plus paid utilities, towels, sheets, dishes & kitchen items. Will also provide cleaning services such as laundry and housekeeping. Yard maintenance also available with pay. Remodel projects must be complete asap, but no later than Dec 31st. Will provide you housing through December. References absolutely required. Valid DL required. No Smoking, No Pets, No Drugs. I will purchase all materials. You must provide your own tools and your own transportation. Garage is available for your tools and other items you need to put into storage. Note: if you have a wife that can cook, clean, and provide other domestic services, we will consider additional pay for her contribution.
