A leader in medical software development and implementation seeks another qualified software support representative to help support our software installed in medical practices across the USA.

Our software support representatives have great communication skills and are focused on assisting our customers. There typical day involves speaking with customers on the phone regarding our medical software. Calls can involve answering general questions and or remotely accessing the customer’s software to provide technical support. Our company provides initial onsite training to our customers via Corporate Trainers. However, customers may have follow up questions after their initial onsite training. Our software support representatives are available to take the customers call and answer their questions.

Our software is written in Microsoft .net (C#) and is stored in Microsoft SQL data base. Candidate must have strong skills in the following in order to be considered for the position:

Qualifications:

• Solid experience with Microsoft SQL database and ability to run SQL queries
• Solid experience with transferring data over high speed connections from server to server
• Solid experience with Microsoft Remote Desktop for accessing customer systems
• Solid experience in working with Microsoft Server 2003/2008
• Must have strong written and verbal English skills. Ability to speak effectively with both nontechnical end-users as well as IT professionals.
• Must be comfortable with extensive on-the-phone consultations.
• Logical thinker and good problem solver

Responsibilities Include

• Ability to handle calls from customers regarding our software
• Ability to accurately document customer support calls
• Ability to troubleshoot basic Windows printer, network, and user settings
• Ability to upgrade our customer’s software to latest software released by our company
• Ability to be involved with testing new software application prior to release of our customers
• Ability to provide basic customer training for calls regarding our software

Our corporate office is located in the North East area of the Atlanta Metropolitan area. Software support position is from 10am to 7pm Monday thru Friday. Company offers medical insurance, 401k and Paid Holidays and Vacations. Salary based upon experience.
