Roswell restaurant for rent and ready to reopen. Seats about 50. Been closed 4 weeks but has been open for about 50 years in the same location. Located on hwy. 9 (Roswell rd / Atlanta St.) with bumper to bumper traffic every morning and evening. Rent of 2000.00 a month includes the use of all items in the restaurant including items such as stoves, fryers, ovens, pots and pans, plates, silverware, cash register ect.. This was a meat and two veggie restaurant that also served lots of folks breakfast. It was open for breakfast and lunch for 50 years, We would like to see it open soon and be a regular customer. In the last few months it has had new fire safety system installed (4K), new bathroom, paint, good cleaning and plumbing updated.
