Found a lost Dog! (Emerson)

Last night in Bartow there was a little storm and when we awoke we found a stray who just wont leave. He is a young black male and has no collar. He is very sweet and doesn't seem to have any aggression problems. We already have three dogs, a cat, two birds, and a tortoise....(lol). We really can't keep him and hope that if he just got lost in the storm that his family comes and gets him soon. We really don't want to send him to a shelter so if anyone wants to come and claim him please do, he is a very good boy and is very passionate towards humans.
