Female Albino Rat Needs Good Home (Marietta)

Tizzy is a 10 month old Albino Rat. She's a really sweet girl but I can no longer keep her because of my allergies. She is still young so she needs more training but she is used to being handled and will normally sit perfectly on your shoulder though she wanders every now and then when her curious young mind see's something interesting or gets bored. A simple leash or harnass solves that problem. Because of my not being able to handle her she has become a little shy about being held and nippy though she has NEVER drawn blood when she nips. The worst she does is leave a little indent for an hour or so and with daily handling that can easily be fixed. She would make a great pet for an older teen who wants a trained rat or even just a rat to stay in her cage and look pretty.
She will NOT be sold for snake food. She might need more training but she is a good girl and with more training will make a great pet for someone. Serious inquiries only and you must agree that if she does not work out for you, you will bring her back to me and I will refund her small rehoming fee ($20) which is more for her cage, toys, water bottle, etc then Tizzy herself.
