African Grey Parrot Needs New Home (NW Metro Atlanta)

I posted before, but apparently somebody out there didn't like it. So again, I have a 4-5 year old Congo African Grey parrot that we can't take care of. We rescued him a couple years ago when a guy I worked with went to jail. He was in bad shape. He had to have surgery twice, but he's in great shape now and you wouldn't ever know he had surgery except that he can't grow flight feathers on one side. He can't fly and he never will. I'm asking for an adoption fee which may seem high (and that I'm not going to post again) but due to all the costs we had to put into him when we got him, I'd like to get some of it back. What I'm asking barely covers the cost of one of his surgeries.
With him you get 2 cages, whatever food I have left, toys and toy parts as well as copies of his medical records if you want them. If I was selling all that I'd be asking easily more than triple what I'm asking for an adoption fee. If you are a bird lover who knows what you're doing, please contact me. I want to see him go to a good home where somebody will love him.
I'd never had a bird before this one, and wasn't really planning on getting one. He's a good bird, but I just can't take care of him. Thanks for your help.
