I MEAN IT'S A FREE DOG!!!! THERE IS NO REASON TO FLAG THIS! THIS POOR DOG WILL END UP AT THE POUND AND I AM TRYING TO PREVENT IT FROM HAPPENING.
A friend found this little dog and is unable to keep her due to the many pets she already has. I do not know her breed or her age. She seems to be puppy.
