Superb service and kowledge

I hired all phase plumbing to install the plumbing in my 20.000 sq ft. custom home in buckhead. They gave me a fair price and only waivered from that price when I added extras. My house has custom showers with thermostatic valves, volume controls, rainheads, and body sprays. We have a hot water circulating system, claw foot tubs, drop in tubs, steam showers, and all the things that make plumbing difficult. This project lasted over three years and changed several times during the course of construction. they handled it all very professionally and in a timely manner. They always wore shoe covers and cleaned up after themselves. Their plumbers and field supervisors were very knowledgeable and helpful during this entire process. I would highly recommend their services for any of your plumbing needs.

Rough-in work was off-spec and left job unfinished

I paid this company top dollar for plumbing work in a basement that was to be finished as an independent living area. Of course this required a bathroom, laundry room and a kitchen. They installed the toilet drain too close to the bathtub and the toilet could not be installed. They installed the shower valve too deep in the wall studs. When the tile work was to be done the shower valve handle could not be secured. The supply lines and drains for the double vanity were mislocated such that when the vanity cabinet was installed the lines had to be relocated. The bedding under the tub was not poured correctly and every time you stepped in the bathtub you could here the fiberglass press down against the bedding. I demanded all this be repaired, especially since they had already receive 80% of the money before the job was started. The other 20% was to be received upon the finish work (plumbing fixtures, etc.). The refused to correct even a single problem. I was left with no choice but to hire another plumber and of course had to pay more money. Being such a large business I would have expected them to take care of a job they claim to be experts at. But with the help of the other plumber and myself I managed to get through this, though it took an extra month. I would never use AllPhase nor recommend anyone else to use their services.
PROS: Professional apprearance, wear shoe covers in the house
CONS: Poorly trained plumbers, lack of service, poor time management
