I am not the person who posted the last reply to your post, but that poster did display that Obama has also lied. So I ask you this: how much lying is acceptable? Is that how we should decide who to vote for... the one who appears to lie LESS?
Your replies about all of Clinton's lies and McCains shady associations are not in dispute, but bear in mind that these two have been in or around politics for much longer than Obama. Give him some time and he'll dig his own holes, I'm sure. In the end they are all polititions.
I really don't think that "if Obama was white" things would be that much different - if anything, Hillary has a more of an uphill battle being female than Obama does being black. I also think that Obama has Hillary beat at this point and that she needs to drop out soon so Obama can concentrate on McCain and November.
I'd be careful putting your faith into a burecat to fix the problems faced by this country. More laws, regulations and government spending will only make things worse. The only way things will get better is if this government is scalled back to what it was meant to be; neither Obama or McCain will make an effor to do this. They both support a system that uses force and violence to it's own ends and I cannot, out of principal, lend my support to either of them. No amount of lying is acceptable, and no amount of state initiated violence or theft is acceptable. A vote for the lesser of two evils is still a vote for evil.
