Let's work together to elect Michael Rothenberg to replace incumbent Judge Gail C Flake in Dekalb Superior Court!
Judge Flake carries an approximate 58% reversal rate on her civil judgements that make it to appeal. Her criminal case reversals are at twice the national average. A reversal means that upon appeal, it is decided that the Judgment rendered is wrong. Consider that Judge Flake's stats do not include rulings in cases where Dekalb victims cannot afford an attorney or an appeal to challenge her. Consider the taxpayer dollars wasted because of Judge Flake's error record.
