just a FYI---he will be 21 years old tomorrow....and to all of you whom know the circumstances...I would like to inform you that
Richard is indeed facing the Death Penalty...furthermore, the trial will start in late fall 2010.
Also, to all of you whom, do NOT know the circumstances, the whole story, and have based a conclusion solely on the newspaper, gossip, and "What you Think, Blaming me for how I "Spoiled" Richard====well, I really hope that you Never, have to go thru anything like this with one of your children, Not be able to touch him for over three years, Hug him, limited visitations, the inevitablity of facing "you can't help", the hopelessness, the crying, -----Richard was only 18 for almost 2 months, in the wrong place, at the wrong time, hanging out with friends, ---whom ultimately were not by far, his friends....He was defending himself....wholeheartedly....The bar should not have been serving him....But Richard, was adement on being a adult, doing adult things and well, .........................the worst possible thing happened................

Just to let you all know that apprx 115pm this afternoon I was approached at work by 2 agents from the Secret Service. They had me sign a sworn affidavit that I was the one who contacted them regarding the online sedition threats on Atlanta Craigslist sometime last week. They told me that this was part of an ongoing investigation into a few people on here who have been promoting violence and revolution against the United States government.

They left, shook my hand and thanked me for my patriotic public service.

I feel so proud to be an American and report online seditious promotion.

My work will continue until every last right winger is safely locked away in federal prison.
