ME: 32 swm soon to be full time student again. I am very easy-going, accepting, helpful and very easy to live with. I clean up after myself, but I am not anal. I am quiet and respectful of other peoples' space, belongings, and thoughts. I don't party at the house, but have a few friends over from time to time. I am a single dad and have my daughter (11) over two weekends a month. I don't play loud music and I mind my own business.

YOU: Male or female does not matter I have lived with both and am ok with either. I prefer non-smokers, but will accept smokers who smoke outside and don't leave ashes and butts everywhere.
