I'm trying to get some people together to meet 2-3 times a week to workout. I'm thinking that we meet at the park and do some running through town and utilize the workout equipment at the park. We can motivate each other and help each other along. It would be nice to get 4 or 5 people to do this and I think it would be alot of fun. I think once we start, more people will get involved. I'm no pro by any means, but I enjoy running and working out. I remember running as a group in boot camp was always easier and more fun than running alone. Anyway, I'm a 34 year old male, 6' tall 170 lbs. Call me to discuss.
