Hi there,

I am a 26 yo female with 2 small 3 yo dogs (both <15 lbs.). I am looking for a room/space to rent with a decent-sized fenced back yard for my dogs that is not too far from work (Sandy Springs area), so that I can come home and take them on a walk for lunch. Ideally, I would leave them outside during the day, unless it's freezing. They are house-trained, but rarely make it past the 8 hour mark as they are small, so leaving them outside is a safeguard and I also have a large kennel (for which they are trained) when it's really cold. I also have bark collars for them so they aren't a noise nuisance either. They are really sweet and my constant companions, so I must find a place to stay (short-term for the moment, possibly long-term) where they are welcomed.

I have set a budget of $450 MAX/month. This includes utilities. I am SUPER clean (almost ridiculously), so keeping the place neat should not be a concern of yours. I would prefer my own bathroom, unless I were to share with a super clean freak as well. I cannot pay any deposit (including pet) of more than $150 so please keep that in mind. I like to cook also, so I would love somebody that loves to cook with me and hang out with a glass of wine, but that's not a deal-breaker. I can keep to myself if need be... I love to read, and occasionally watch Glee, So You Think You Can Dance and Project Runway.

Does anyone know of a room available for around $350 per month including utilities preferably in Flowery Branch or Oakwood but Gainesville or the North side of Buford would work? I know that is not much money; but it really is the best I can do right now. Due to several situations I can no longer afford to continue to stay in my current home as well as it has no heat or stove because I can't afford a propane tank. There is no drama though, I promise. I am having to start my life over after a long term relationship has just ended and I need an affordable place to stay. I do have employment (in Flowery Branch) and a vehicle and I do not smoke, drink, or do any type of drugs. I do have an 11 pound dog that MUST go with me; I rescued her from a very bad situation and I have committed myself to making sure she has a good life for the rest of her days, she is approximately 8 to 9 years old. hello everyone. please excuse me if this post sounds a little harried but i am in a very horrible position right now. I can down to Atlanta to get everything settled for school but unfortunately, i did not plan out this trip too well. I have been staying with a friend off campus, but said friend is going home for thanksgiving, and although I am happy for him, this unfortunately leaves me without a place to stay for about a week. I do not have family out here and everyone that I know is going home for thanksgiving. I am hoping that someone on Craigslist can find it in their heart to help me. I am a wonderful houseguest, clean, quiet, and polite. I do not have alot of things, only a duffel bag, and I can help with lite cooking, cleaning, babysitting, and anything else that you may need help with. If there is anybody that can help me, the sooner the better. Thank you, a college student in need.

PS. I dont necesarily need a room, I would be okay even with a couch to sleep on.
