Title: Sales Coordinator, Government Division

Office Hours: 8:30am � 5:30pm, M-F, 1 hour lunch

Direct Report: Government Division Director and CoOwner

Compensation: 30K Per year

Professional Skills needed:

*A clear and pleasant phone voice

*An understanding and ability to provide excellent customer service internally and externally

*Detail oriented

*Computer savy in Microsoft Office and database management (specifically ACT)

*MUST have ACT experience

*Personable and gets along well with others

*Team Player

Duties include:

*Providing update of the open government jobs twice per week

*Keeping each government file up to date with current contracts, PO�s, and any other pertinent information that keeps HCP in compliance with the government rules and regs

*Complete Assignment Notification Forms, Confirmations for each government deal and communicate that information with travel and accounting accurately.

*Communicated directly with assigned government Point of Contacts as directed.

*Schedule doctors into assignments as directed.

* Work with credentialing and privileging to make sure each candidate is moving along in the process timely and provide a report on the status of each candidate as requested.

* Be available to answer questions for clients to assist the Director.

* Assist in creating new business.

* Assist with meeting department goals in sales numbers, compliance and customer satisfaction.

* Keep all client records in ACT updated

This position requires a �whatever it takes attitude�. The duties will evolve as the division grows.

Perimeter Staffing Minimum Requirements for

1. 18 years old minimum AGE and legally authorized to work in the USA

2. No Misdemeanors and/or Felonies of any type EVER in Background

3. Must pass an on-site Drug test

4. Must have worked the most recent 24 months without any major employment gaps
