I am in Sandy Springs, near Brookhaven, not far either from Buckhead (Lenox & Phipps area), Dunwoody (Perimeter), or the colleges around here. My commute Downtown takes 15-20 minutes.

The unit is three years old, 2 BR/2.5 baths and I plan many upgrades. Your bedroom will have brand new hardwood floors, a moderate sized closet, full bath and plenty of sunlight. I am also thinking of having a closet designer come in, so you may have an even better closet. The complex has a free clubhouse, pool and workout facility. There is a full kitchen and grill on the deck.

I prefer no pets, but a cat or a small, well behaved dog is fine. I ask for one month security deposit by the time you move in. Rent includes high speed internet, phone, cable tv, washer / dryer, and all you would need is furnishings for your bedroom. If you have additional furniture, we can mix and match or store some things in the garage (free storage!). The rent assumes we split utilities, but if you want a one price situation, I can do that too at a different rate. I am also willing to split a cleaning service with you.

Family and friends are welcome, but I probably won't mesh well with someone who hosts nightly parties.
