Tier 1 Technical Support <br>
<br>
Responsibilities:<br>
•         Maintain ACD availability to answer all incoming customer calls in queue with appropriate opening script, customer identification, Average Talk and Wrap Up time objectives.<br>
•         Resolve customer reported difficulties on all elements of service which offers, including but not limited to E-mail, voicemail, auto attendant, Web Hosting, Internet connectivity, voice connectivity, browser configurations.<br>
•         Troubleshoot advanced product or service issues, including but not limited to DS1 transport, PRI / CAS / FXS telephony, and DNS with proper escalation as necessary to achieve optimal trouble resolution times.<br>
•         Responsible for handling customer calls with a positive problem-solving attitude.  <br>
•         Properly document in OSS system call purpose and resolution.<br>
•         Complete every call with appropriately setting customer expectations for issue/problem resolution time frame and notification. <br>
•         Properly code trouble tickets using Ticket classification Guidelines.  Utilize online resources such as  Online and the Knowledgebase to resolve customer troubles.<br>
•         Actively participate in training classes for new products and services. <br>
•         Consult with Tier II or supervisor as needed for problem resolutions.   <br>
•         May also perform additional duties such as; data analysis, project management, reporting. <br>
•         Provide input for troubleshooting scripts and diagnostic tools<br>
<br>
Mandatory Experience, Skills & Abilities:<br>
<br>
•         Strong verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills <br>
•         Minimum 1 year call center experience <br>
•         Minimum 2 years desktop computer skills to include thorough working knowledge of all Microsoft operating systems and applications/programs, PC Hardware, desktop applications and peripherals such as printers and fax machines.<br>
•         Minimum 2 years with TCP/IP protocol suite. SMTP, DNS, HTTP, etc<br>
•         Minimum 1 year trouble shooting experience with Cisco routers and switches.<br>
•         Minimum 1 year trouble shooting of Data Networking and routing protocols. OSPF, BGP, Access Control Lists, NAT, DHCP, and subnetting.<br>
•         Minimum 1 year trouble shooting Layer 1 transport , DS1 and DS3 Circuits<br>
•         Minimum 1 year trouble shooting LAN Networking. Switched vs. Hub environments, DHCP, NAT and Firewall applications.<br>
•         Minimum 1 year with VPN services and required desktop client configuration.<br>
•         Must be a proven self motivator with a good work ethic, and have demonstrated the discipline to work independently.<br>
•         Able to work efficiently with the stress of a fast paced environment. <br>
•         Problem solving skills, resourceful and effective in making decisions.<br>
•         Excellent troubleshooting skills<br>
•         Excellent analytical skills<br>
•         Proven self starter who can work effectively both independently and in a team environment<br>

Experience needed in following general areas:<br>

GENERAL SUMMARY: <br>
To receive, diagnose, monitor and expedite internal and external equipment repairs.<br>

RESPONSIBILITIES: <br>

• Greets customers and listens to problems or symptoms about equipment operation. Maintains communication with customer regarding equipment status. <br>

• Identifies and diagnoses equipment maintenance needs, researches vehicles’ maintenance history, and prepares service order requests. <br>

• Reviews Manufacturer guidelines to identify job codes and prepares estimate of labor hours required for repairs. Enters repair ticket information and notes into computerized equipment system. <br>
<br>
• Prioritizes, schedules and tracks repair work. Assigns service order requests to mechanics. <br>

• Verifies mechanics have performed post-maintenance checks to ensure properly repaired equipment. <br>
<br>
• Upon repair completion, reviews and enters mechanics’ labor time, closes work order, notifies customers of completion, explains repairs and answers any questions. <br>

• Works with service secretary and customers to coordinator regular equipment maintenance, <br>
<br>
• Coordinates outside repair or sublet labor for equipment with various vendors and equipment dealers. <br>
<br>
• Works with service secretary to contact customers to schedule preventative maintenance or inspections of equipment. <br>
<br>
• Coordinates with parts inventory personnel to ensure parts availability in order to minimize amount of time equipment is in the shop. <br>
<br>
• May provide training or training literature to shop personnel. <br>
<br>
• Work with Mechanics and other shop personnel to maintain a clean shop and work area. <br>
<br>
• Performs other duties and special projects as requested. <br>

Tech Support will have a high-level of daily interaction with our customers as we roll-out wireless solutions to major hotels, cafes, restaurants, etc.  This person will have opportunities to assist with many aspects of our business such as mastering specific hardware, supporting installations, and providing post-installation service and support.

Immediate need for a Wireless Field Engineer who will provide direct support of wireless & network equipment deployments.  This person will travel the country installing/repairing wireless networks in locations including cafes, restaurants, hotels, and airports. Direct, sizeable wireless installation experience is required.

IT Specialist Opportunity<br>
A-AAccess Online Payment Systems is currently seeking a mature, highly motivated IT Specialist. This position will entail having intermediate knowledge of IT. Responsibilities will include account setup, technology-related projects, assisting clients with setup installations or troubleshooting via the phone or e-mail, and general office duties. A keen eye for detail and good follow-up skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, management experience, and good reporting skills. The candidate also must be highly dependable, have a positive attitude, and a strong desire to succeed. <br>
<br>
Priority will be given to candidates who have experience with EFT applications and/or supporting POS systems, but training will be provided for EFT and other installation / troubleshooting requirements. <br>
<br>
Position Responsibilities:<br>
•	Set up clients in the EFT Gateway <br>
•	Troubleshoot installation and error messages for various integrated programs (POS)<br>
•	Follow up with customers on their installation <br>
•	Assist customers in correcting transactions in the EFT Gateway <br>
•	Complete maintenance on workstations as needed<br>
•	Perform minor network maintenance <br>
<br>
Requirements: <br>
•	MCP, MCSA Certified <br>
•	Knowledge of PC Hardware / Software (XP and Windows 2003 Server environment)<br>
•	Knowledge in any tracking tool software / CRM <br>
•	Excellent organizational and time-management skills <br>
•	Ability to work independently with minimal supervision <br>
•	Excellent in troubleshooting Microsoft Office, XP problems <br>
•	Management experience<br>
<br>
Additional Desired Qualifications:<br>
Server and Database Administration is a plus.<br>

Technical Support Representative Opportunity<br>
