Cinnamon Beach. Even the name is delightful. You’ll not find a condo more perfectly tropical than unit 754, where every room is just as lovely as the ocean view outside.
Are you coming to Florida for sun, sand and endless golf? Cinnamon Beach 1063 has a HDTV and puts you proximate to a dozen rated golf courses, but you can overlook Ocean Hammock Resort’s greens from your own private balcony.
Your kids will flip for the dolphins they’ll see. With a direct ocean and beach front view from your fifth-floor balcony, this large unit boasts three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Up to eight guests will sleep here comfortably
Booking directly with us (the owners) means you have more amenities. less hassle and less cost as we pass on the savings. There are no processing fees or linen fees (we provide everything). We make it easy as we accept all forms of payment and the rental agreement can be emailed back with a digital signature. We keep the unit cleaned by a professional housekeeper who cleans it better than the resort staff which we know first hand. We give you access to our owners closet which has all the essentials you need for a condo at the beach plus all the necessities you would have at your home. We have new linens and the nicest towels of all the units as both the bath and hand towels are Laura Ashley microcotton. You will want to stay just for the towels! We give you a BOGO 1/2 off dinner coupon to use at The Prince's scenic 3500 Ocean Grill. Easy check in and check out. Pick up your room cards from the front desk. The Cherry Grove Pier sets this resort and our unit apart from the others. Our unit is set right above it at a perfect height to see all the activity from beginning to end. Enjoy a great family vacation experience along all 985 feet of solid boardwalk pier, perched over the beautiful Atlantic Ocean... where the fish are. You can rent fishing equipment and catch your dinner on the pier! There are benches, fish cleaning areas and other amenities. There are also 37 King fishing slots and over 100 Kings are caught annually. The pier’s laid-back Boardwalk Beach Cafe is right next to the pools and provides protection from the wind when you are at the pool area sun bathing. It is a sports bar right on the beach with TVs, drinks, sandwiches, salads, snacks and more. They have a great atmosphere, serve mixed drinks and beer, play music (sometimes live) and have an ATM. Walk down the pier that this resort is connected to and even go online and control the camera at the end of the pier for a better look. You can zoom in on the balcony to this unit which is pictured below. At the end of the pier is a 2-story observation deck with gazebo and picnic tables. There is a full-service tackle shop with bait, rod rentals and sales. There is an official weigh station and pictures of all the fish people catch.
Our condo is oceanfront on the 14th floor of The Prince with fantastic views on both sides. You can see the ocean from the upscale kitchen, dining room, living room, and master bedroom. Even from the Master bathroom so you can blow-dry your hair (blow dryers provided) and see the ocean or listen to the waves while taking a bath in the deep garden tub. The showers are large with bowed rods and delta faucets which provide good water pressure and we have never run out of hot water. The way the glass is angled, you can lay in bed and have a perfect view of the ocean (I many have pictures of the sunrise if you want to see them). It is also angled from the other side so your view from the couch is fantastic as well. There are 2 entries onto the balcony, one from the master bedroom and one from the living room (both with ceiling fans). You might want to sleep on the queen sized sleeper sofa just for the view and sound of the waves. The unit is high enough up that you do not get noise from the people at the tiki bar, pools and hot tubs 14 floors below you but you can still keep an eye on them from your balcony. Go down to the wide beach area on either side of the pier which has a nice gradual slope into the ocean. The Prince has 2 separate pool areas and the ones that are oceanfront below our unit on the ocean are heated when it is cold. It is an attractive area with the palm trees and colors. There are 4 pools total (2 for adults, 2 for kids), a heated lazy river and 4 hot tubs. The entire area is well lit and safe with security cameras monitor by on site security as well as privately hired Excalibur Security officers walking around making sure everything stays safe.
There are plenty of showers (6) for you to rinse off after you come back from the beach but grab an ice cream cone first. You can also go to the 9th floor pool deck in tower two which you see from the hallway to our unit. It is a large area that is never very crowded and has another gorgeous view. It sits above the parking deck which is huge, safe with cameras and covered. You can also park in the lot across street for free if you want to see your car from the room. Free parking is also adjacent to The Prince if you don't want to cross the street. The city has permanent yellow cones in place at the crosswalk to the parking deck which state that pedestrians get right of way. Most of the traffic turns south down Ocean Blvd from Sea Mountain Hwy because going North dead ends. You can also take the trolley.
More restaurants, Ice cream shops, ABC store and a large 2 story IGA grocery store with a cafeteria are just 1/2 mi. away if you want to walk or rent a golf cart for the day or week. IGA has all the beach stuff you need as well or save some money and go to Super Wal-mart, Food Lion or beach stores nearby. Super easy to get to and they just completed the bypass from Main street to Carolina Bays Parkway (Hwy 31) as well so it is easy to get anywhere fast now. It is so nice not to have to fight the Kings highway traffic if you don't want to. The Cherry Grove Beaches exit is the one you take to our condo, right as you go over the bridge over the inter-coastal waterway you take the Cherry Grove Beaches exit and you avoid all the traffic that backs up just after that exit during peak times. It is the closest MB area resort.
In the Prince lobby, you can get cash at the ATM, use the computer and printer at the business center or use the high speed internet from your condo. Get spa treatments, massage at the pool or on the beach, book golf, helicopter tours, sailing cruises on the waterway or sail out to sea for full or half days. The inter-coastal waterway and access to the Atlantic Ocean are nearby so bring your boat! The Prince has concierge services and a nice oceanfront restaurant serving all you can eat buffet breakfast for $7.50 and delicious lunches and dinners with reasonable prices and beautiful views. The fitness center is at The Prince II. There are 2 separate rooms, 1 for cardio, 1 for weights and machines. The treadmills and bikes are pointed toward beautiful views of the marshlands and waterways which you can also see from our unit. It is a short walk away if you are a nature lover. Along the way are beautiful houses each with their own boat dock.

Sanibel Island, Florida, close to Tarpon Bay Road.
White Sands is an exclusive condominium complex with only 14 units sitting on three beautiful private acres directly
on the Gulf of Mexico. Guests at White Sands enjoy the use of our large private heated pool, private
tennis court, and gas grills that are on the property, as well as the the incredible white sand
beaches that Sanibel is known for.
This condo is our family vacation home on Sanibel Island, Florida and we offer
it for rent to others. It is a direct Gulf front condo in a small complex with only 13 other condos,
so it is very exclusive and private. Our condo has 2 full bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a den with quality sleeper sofa
that makes sleeping six very comfortable. We continually upgrade the unit to keep it nice for our

Our condo is a direct Gulf front unit. The view from our unit is direct out to the Gulf,
overlooking beautiful natural vegetation of seagrapes, sea oats, and palms.
Our primary view is over the vegetation and beach straight out to the Gulf, where warm waters wash up
on Sanibel's 15.5 miles of beautiful beach.
Sanibel Island is a great place for a beach vacation. The beaches are wide and
natural, and they are sprinkled with seashells that Sanibel is known for worldwide.
While looking for unique shells you can walk 14 miles of uninterrupted Gulf of Mexico
beach. The warm gulf waters are seldom rough, and the water depth increases gradually
from the beach providing a large swimming area and discouraging boats from coming in too close
to swimmers. There are no undertow's or riptides to worry about in these calm Gulf waters.
Besides the beach, take advantage of White Sands private tennis court and heated pool. There is little
chance of them ever being crowded since you're only sharing them
with the 13 other condos in White Sands! Explore the island
on the 23 miles of
bike paths, part of
which is right infront of White Sands. We generally have bikes for your use in the ground floor storage unit for our condo.

Sanibel is a coastal barrier island, located just off the coast of Fort Myers, Florida. There are many things that make
Sanibel unique and reminiscent of old Florida - there are no traffic lights, neon lights, or tall buildings on the island.
The formation of the J.N. "Ding" Darling Wildlife refuge over half a century ago
set the stage for the stringent building and zoning codes that have allowed the island to develop
with modern conveniences while preserving a very natural appearance.
The Fort Myers airport is less than an hour away, and it is serviced
by many major airlines. The Cape Coral airport is another 20 minutes further and is served by some additional airlines.
Master Bedroom has a new bedroom set, with a king size bed, two night stands, and dresser. There is an
LCD flat screen TV mounted on the wall. The sliding doors to the balcony provide an outstanding view of the Gulf.
Master bathroom has his and hers granite vanities and sinks, separate from the
room with the toilet and full size tub with shower.
Second bedroom has twin beds and plantation shutters on the window that can totally block out light.
Den has a luxury queen sized sleeper sofa with extra thick mattres (new in 2007), as well as a TV with cable and VCR.
The second full bathroom has a full size tub and shower, toilet and granite vanity sink.
The kitchen features all electric appliances: dishwasher, electric range with self cleaning oven,
refrigerator-freezer with icemaker, built in microwave oven and disposer. There are pots, pans,
plates, glassware, silverware, etc. so you should have everything you need for meal preparation.
The dishwasher, range, micro, glassware and silverware were new in 2006.
There is a full sized washer and dryer in a laundry closet off the main hallway across from the kitchen.
Living room has a sofa, loveseat, swivel rocker, new remote control color TV, video cassette
recorder, DVD player and stereo. Triple sliding glass doors open fully onto
the screened balcony directly overlooking the Gulf, natural area and the beach.
The balcony stretches across the front of the whole condo (both living room and master
bedroom),and has a dining table, chairs and a reclining lounge chair.
DSL modem is on the wall in the dining area for high speed internet and access is free

All linens, towels and cookware are provided.

From the condo to the beach is all hard surface walkways, with ramps at all elevation changes.

There are typically some bikes, folding beach chairs, beach toys, and wacky noodle floats
in the storage locker on the ground floor of the building, but none of this is guaranteed as they are easily
lost and broken.

We use a professional cleaning service to clean after all guests, so you don't have
to do a thing.
This is a non-smoking unit!!!
No pets, motorcycles,campers, RV's or trailers are allowed on the property per association rules.
No more than six people may stay in the condo overnight.
11% for the state and county lodging taxes are collected on each rental.
All costs are quoted in U.S. dollars.
A deposit is required to hold a reservation, and a nominal security deposit is held until after you leave.
Final payment is due prior to the beginning of the rental period.
All payments are non refundable.

Let us know that you have decided that you want to make a reservation.
We will let our rental agent know that you are renting from us and the terms we've agreed on.
The rental agent (RE/MAX of the Islands) will send you a confirmation letter, and request the deposit and downpayment.
You will need to sign one copy of the confirmation letter, and mail it back to
our agent with the deposit for your reservation.
If you would like travel insurance, RE/MAX has that available.
You will send RE/MAX a check for the balance before arriving on Sanibel.
When you arrive on Sanibel you will go to the RE/MAX office to pick up
the keys. Their office is near Bailey's shopping plaza, about a mile from the condo, on your way to White Sands.
They have a lockbox for after hours pick up, but you have to call
ahead to arrange the late pick up.

Downstairs in the basement is the pool table - a brand new, regulation sized table and is complete with both fresh paint and carpet.
Horse Collar Lodge is very close to whitewater rafting outfitters on the Olympic Ocoee River. It is also close to dining and other attractions in the mountains of North Georgia and East Tennessee, such as Horseback Riding, Biking Trails, Scenic Trains, and Shopping. Horse Collar is also just a short drive away from sites and scenes in Historic Downtown Blue Ridge, Georgia.
