First of all, you shouldn't be holding that bilboard up at Ft. Hood. The soldiers that are deployed there have enough stress to deal with. They are at least going to Iraq every other year. His child support payments is based on his base pay. He is not making that much as an E-5. $650 is reasonable for 2 kids. She need to go and get a job herself.
