FOOD NEEDED - CITY OF FAIRBURN (Fairburn)

The City of Fairburn is hosting a Food Drive for local residents in need. With the current state of economy, local food banks are receiving less donations and more people in need.
We are most in need of canned meats, fruits, vegetables, beans, and soups. Other items that are helpful include peanut butter and jelly, boxed meals, microwavable meals, pasta, cereal, dry beans, rice, and fruit juices.
If you work in the food, restaurant or hospitality industry, please consider donating your overstocked, short-dated or unused food. We also invite residents, businesses, schools and organizations to join us in our efforts to help our community. Items can be dropped off at City Hall, 56 Malone Street, Fairburn, GA or at either of our Fire Stations. For more information call 770-964-2244.
