A Dramatic TRUE life story...a story with a purpose...
*** Foreword ***
There are many very alarming things happening in the world today, the signs of the times are literally everywhere. The Bible tells us what to look for in this time of the end. To the wise, we see this New World order emerging, this move away from the sovereignty of nations, and the carefully planned out agenda that will soon usher in a global government and dictatorship.
Even in the area of the false "Apostate Religion", we see the masses being deceived by the wolfs whom have wormed their way into the "Authentic Church".
This should not surprise the vigilant in whom study the Bible, for we have been told that under the short lived reign of antichrist, that there would come a great falling away. These deceived will sell out to the deceptions of the antichrist and his deceptive system of this world, both economically, politically, and through "Apostate" religion.
We also must come to terms with our own mortality, you may indeed be one of the ones plucked out on the Atlanta interstate system this very day!
The Bible has made it very clear that if you die in your sins...YOU WILL GO TO A REAL PLACE, AND FOREVER, CALLED HELL!
Folks today do not want to hear this, it brings great discomfort to their evil acts and sins. But regardless, the fact remains, you will be judged and condemned, unless you turn to heartfelt faith in Jesus Christ, there is NO OTHER WAY!
I hope you will carefully consider my story below, it is not about sensationalism, but it "IS" found in submission to the authority of the "Complete, Inspired, Inerrant, and Infallible" Word of God, the Bible.
May God open your eyes this day...

It was the year 1979, in the cold winter month of early January, that I had a dream. I had seen my need to respond in faith to Jesus Christ just seven months earlier while in the southern part of the United States. Before I get to the actual dream, and the dramatic experience that unfolded next, it is important to understand a little of my previous background. The setting for the dream was the extreme northern part of the United States in a county jail cell. I had gone back north to square away some charges brought against me from my previous life as a rebel. My childhood could be classified as common by today’s standards, the broken shattered home, the resulting placement in one foster home after the next, the institutions , and prey for the sexually perverted.
Even after hearing the call of God that day in 1978, I would still struggle off and on for several more years in the so called party lifestyle. My drug of choice was marijuana and alcohol, by the way, unlike “Yours Truly”, I admit, I did in fact inhale, and many times! I did for a season experiment with LSD, crack, and who knows what else. I believe that human nature apart from the God of the Bible will seek out something to fill the void in our souls, my was drugs, women, and things. What “is“, or “was” yours, work, sports, travel, money, or even family. It is not necessarily one's involvement with any number of particular things, but rather, and more importantly, your inner attitude and a brokenness before God. Hopefully, you now have enough insights into the context, or the overall setting of the dream.
I know that often times inmates who turn their lives over to Jesus Christ , end up getting a bad rap from the goodie two shoes of society. They have been accused of having jail house religion, and when let loose from their jail cells, they would once again live like hell. This indeed happens, but when Jesus Christ comes into a persons life, and authentically so, there is a change! There was another Christian by the name of Pat in my cell block who was a true believer in the God of the Bible. We as young men, new Christians, would read the Bible together as well as pray together in group prayer with other inmates.
Moving into the actual dream, it was one afternoon that I decided that I would catch me some Z’s. After falling asleep, I now found myself getting caught in spider webs. The first three series of webs were thin thread sized, each time that I got caught in one, I easily broke loose. Before breaking free of these webs, there would always be a small spider heading toward me, but again, I’d break free first. At the end of the dream, I got caught in a huge spider web, this time I was trapped and a very large spider was making his way towards me. I am thankful to report that I woke up before he got me! Do you know one of the main purposes of a spiders web? Correct, to trap you. Why? It’s because YOU are on the menu! Moments after awaking from my sleep, Pat came into my cell and sat on one end of my bunk. Suddenly, OUT OF NO WHERE and in MID AIR, flashed onto the scene, A SPIDER! At the speed of a lightning bolt he shot to the floor and landed next to my socks and tennis shoes! I picked up one of my shoes and killed him…then I immediately remembered the dream which took place just moments ago.
Astonished as we were, I told Pat the dream. Keep in mind we were both right at about 20 years old, and me, I was a high school drop out at the time. We were not articulate, educated , nor known for profound statements. Here is what Pat told me a split second after sharing the dream with him. The thin thread sized spider webs are all the enticements and inducements to sin, or things contrary to the source of truth, the Bible. The small spiders are the demonic adversaries in which war against your soul. The large spider web is that ultimate trap that will grip you firmly, it will not let you go. It’s force is very magnetic in nature, and the end is destruction for you! Of course you know who the large spider was, it was the pit of hell himself, satan. Once you make your choice to sin, the choice factor quickly fades away to the point that it is no longer a choice, the magnet of hell grips you! Only the power of Jesus Christ can set you free from your eternal destruction which is inevitable without Him!
Now it's time for the most important part of my story.
It's time for the “The Great Invitation”! Revelation 22:17 reads, And the Spirit (the Holy Spirit of God) and the bride (that is, the Church, true Born Again Christians) say, Come. And let him that heareth (this is YOU my friend, if you are hearing) say, come. And let him that is athirst (are you wore out, are you thirsty for the right kind of change?) come. And whosoever will (ANYONE, ANYWHERE!) , let him take the water of life freely.
You must respond in a prayer of FAITH, you must confess with your mouth, and mean it in your heart that Jesus Christ stepped out of eternity past in His Holy, Holy, Holy, perfection. He came to this earth and died on Calvary’s cross for YOU! You must understand that if you got what you really deserve, you should be in hell right now, this is me too friend! Do understand that Jesus Christ The Just, died for you the unjust, and personally so. Would you like to pray right now to receive Jesus Christ as your Lord, your Savior? Pray a prayer like this, and mean it! Pray it out loud if you can speak, if not, pray it in your heart friend. God knows your situation, and He is not bound by man’s petty rules or legalism!
A PRAYER TO KNOW THE GOD OF THE HOLY BIBLE.
Father God in heaven, I come seeing my need for the forgiveness that you alone offer to me through the innocent BLOOD of your own precious Son, JESUS CHRIST…I have heard your call to me, to come! To come to the source of life, the Living Water that You alone give. The broken, battered, bruised body of Jesus Christ, the Bread OF Life, who died, and arose again. I want to confess my sins, I want to repent with a lasting change of heart. I now invite You LORD JESUS CHRIST to come into my spirit, to save my soul, and to write my name in your Book Of Life! Set me free, deliver me from the demonic magnets of hell, keep me from evil, change me, change me, change me LORD! In Jesus Christ name I pray, …Amen!
If you have prayed the above prayer of FAITH and meant it, on behalf of Christians everywhere, welcome to the family of God! Now get a Bible, begin in the book of John, read at least one to three chapters daily. Stay in the book of John until you have completed it. When you start another book of the Bible, stay in it until you have completed it! Get up an hour earlier each day, so that you can meet with God in Bible reading, and focused heartfelt prayer! Find you a place to assemble with other Christians, a local body of believers,(Church).
Chose your friends and activities carefully, and of course, prayerfully. God bless you friend… And yes, we have prayed for you… we will continue to pray for people just like you.
