This whole thing sounds so immature anyway. Even the letters you furnished, in my opinion, show that HE is the bigger person. The man IS still paying child support..do you have any idea how many men in the USA don't even care..how many kids go every day without a daddy or any type of financial support at all? All this person wants to do is make a billboard about this man to ruin his character? That is a really immature thing to do. I don't know much about the military other than I am less than impressed with this country as a whole but the integrity of one man should not be questioned in such a manner as that. Where are the facts? Why should she get a penny from the tax return when it was HE that was paying taxes all year long? The whole thing sounds stupid to me.
