Lo-Q is a fast paced, growing company that provides electronic virtual queuing and guest management systems to theme park and venues worldwide. We are currently accepting applications for a full time position of Sales Support Coordinator to begin work starting December 2009. Lo-Q is looking for a confident, driven individual who is seeking an entry level sales and marketing position.

POSITION: Sales Support Coordinator

START: December 2009

JOB LEVEL: Low to mid-level sales and marketing.

WHERE: Lithia Springs, GA.

We are looking for a multi talented person to assist our senior staff and retail managers in various sales support functions like the management of sales and revenue reporting, tracking growth, increasing revenue growth, preparing marketing collateral such as literature and making sales calls to new and existing customers.

We are looking for a self-starter who can work with others and work alone. A personality who can manage their time wisely and who wants to grow into a great position with a growth oriented company. Creativity is a MUST! Previous graphics experience is a plus.

HOURS: Full time 40 hour work week, some overtime required. Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the year.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Handling all signage and literature of our retail operations (possible new design, print, budget and delivery).
- Coordinating changes to the pricing structure of our product at each location.
- Coordinate group sales events between our operations team and our partner.
- Coordinate miscellaneous projects revolving around the marketing of the Lo-Q product.
- Handle the Lo-Q customer training video requests/changes.
- Actively cold call potential new customers.
- Assist existing sales team with finding potential new customers.


QUALIFICATIONS

SOFTWARE QUALIFICATIONS:

Applicant must be proficient in using :

- Microsoft Office, including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Publisher
- CorelDRAW or equivalent (i.e. Adobe Illustrator)
- Maximizer database management software- ideal, but not required


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or higher required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Has ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
