Job Description
Entry level/full time
Scheduling and organizing paperwork for contractors
Scheduling with customers
Answering phones/handling walk in customers
Basic admin work including filing, organizing, copier and computer work, etc
Distributing new calls to salesman and handling a system to confirm calls were handled and customers are satisfied.

Personality we are looking for
No experience needed
Take charge type of person
Organized and professional
Excellent customer service (Upbeat and friendly on the phone)
Someone who can handle high stress and make common sense decisions
Good positive attitude
Someone with a near perfect attendence record

Hours are Monday through Friday from 8-5 with a one hour lunch break.
Pay is somewhere from $325-$475 depending on experience and person. There will be a 90 day starting pay that will be at $300 to determine if you are the right person for the job.
We are a small family owned business so their are no health care benefits.
