I am interested in purchasing a mobile home. If it is currently located in Polk County Georgia, then I am able to purchase and move it to my property without any problems. If it is located outside of Polk County, then the trailer must be less than 10 years old. The land that I want to move it to can not hold a trailer longer than 70 feet.
I'm okay with a fixer-upper provided it isn't too badly damaged.
