If it doesn't resolve your issue, and the diagnostics was not done by us, then that's not our responsibility. You would still owe the full Labor and Mobile fee charge and costs of any part(s) purchased on your behalf with our funds.
If diagnostics was performed by us, then you can get a refund for only the diagnostics cost.
If repair is immediately performed after diagnostics, then Mobile fee doesn't apply.
If service is terminated by customer before it has been performed or completed, Mobile Fee would still apply and expected to be paid.
We reserve the right to record and retain all communications and interactions between the company/mechanic and the customer.
