Move-in Fees:

Administrative Fee and Reservation Fee $300 and up (dependent on credit score)
Bond Fee $363 and up (dependent on credit score)
Utilities are $207 for a 1 bedroom and $234 for a 2 bedroom (includes water/sewer/trash/electric/gas and pest control)
Damage Waiver Fee $15
