Typically we look for a credit score of 680 or higher, at least 1 year with current employer or additional references, no prior evictions, no felony convictions or sex offender registrations and employment or other income source(s) at least $72,000 per year or more for at least the past year. Lower credit scores and/or income variation may be considered on a case by case basis with additional information and deposit. For this property with strict rules for the Home Owners Association (HOA) in effect, we can not accept ANY type of government vouchers or subsidized housing assistance.
