We are looking for a retiree with at least 10 years' experience in property management and/or construction, hiring, supplies and skills in purchasing and negotiation of contracts.
Ideally the person for this position would be a retired construction/property manager, builder or contractor who has deep experience in the above mentioned components of the industry.
We want someone who can help us manage our projects and issues related to our properties nationwide, someone who can save us time and money with respect to repairing, restoring and maintaining our properties as the need arises.
Our main offices are located near the Village of Bal Harbour FL but this job does not require a presence at our office as all work can be done remotely from your home.
You will however need a computer, fax or scanning machine and a phone.
