Help me out people! I got this compulsion to plant these Giant Sequoia trees! I've spoken with the foresters, arborists, GA Dept of agriculture and many many more people regarding the idea of planting these trees in GA. They all back my idea and say I'm welcome to plant them on private and public land(with first checking with specific parks first of course). Problem is I need some decent dark soil and sandy soil underneath, with a decent steady water source, which I know is rare around the Atlanta area. I have only found one friend nearby Hiram that had ideal conditions but the 4 trees I planted there 25ft apart pretty much took up the only opening on his property.

I am not looking to make any money whatsoever from this process or anything from any landowner except to possibly check on them or receive photograph updates of them.
I germinate these from seeds so I have a virtual endless amount to plant in the future. I just want to leave something behind that will outlast me by thousands of years and to make this Earth a little greener and sequester a bit more carbon in the process. Thanks for reading. Please contact me if you have some open farm property and wouldn't mind me planting as many of these beauties as possible!
