I was laid off from my job a year ago and they told me they were going to send me a box to get their computer back but that box never came and the company no longer exists.... my current computer is dying and I'm wondering if you might be able to help me restart my work computer that still has the company on it as a completely new computer without the parent company's information on it. Does that make sense? I took it to Best Buy and they tried to wipe it as a new computer and it worked, but the parent company information keeps coming up when I restart the computer. I just want my work computer to be my new computer with no previous history etc. and no way for IPG (the parent company) to come for it or remote into my computer etc.
Please let me know if that's possible!!!!!
