Position Summary
The Business Success Associate is a client-facing, field-driven role focused on business development, brand representation, and relationship building. This position plays a critical role in expanding 15X Business Solutions’ visibility by actively engaging with business owners through networking events, in-person outreach, and promotional initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident speaking with people, enjoys being out in the community, and has experience representing brands, promoting services, and initiating business conversations. The Business Success Associate acts as a brand ambassador and growth catalyst, helping generate awareness, interest, and opportunities for our services.
Key Responsibilities
Networking & Field Outreach
Attend local networking events, business mixers, trade shows, and community events on a weekly basis.
Represent 15X Business Solutions professionally at events by discussing our services, value proposition, and solutions with potential clients.
Build relationships with business owners, decision-makers, and community partners.
Collect contact information, qualify prospects, and facilitate follow-up with internal teams.
Brand Promotion & Awareness
Distribute promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, business cards, and event materials.
Conduct door-to-door promotional material drop-offs to local businesses and commercial locations.
Serve as a brand ambassador by confidently explaining our offerings and positioning 15X Business Solutions as a trusted growth partner.
Support local campaigns, pop-up events, and promotional activations.
Client Engagement & Sales Support
Initiate conversations that uncover business needs and introduce relevant 15X services.
Support lead generation efforts by identifying potential opportunities and passing qualified leads to sales or client success teams.
Assist with follow-up communication, appointment setting, and CRM updates when required.
Reporting & Coordination
Track outreach activities, events attended, and leads generated.
Document interactions and results in CRM or reporting systems.
Collaborate with internal marketing and business development teams to improve outreach strategies.

Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and/or marketing
Minimum 1 year of experience as a brand ambassador, promoter, or outreach representative
High School Diploma or GED required
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable approaching businesses and initiating conversations
Ability to attend events, walk locations, and perform in-person outreach
Reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally
Professional appearance and demeanor when representing the brand
