Debt Collector / Account Representative
Doraville, GA (In-Office Position)
We are currently seeking two motivated individuals to join our growing team of professional debt recovery specialists. If you are a strong communicator who enjoys negotiating and earning incentives based on performance, this opportunity may be a great fit.
We service a variety of consumer accounts including auto loans, credit cards, personal loans, retail cards, and more. Join a results-driven environment where your negotiation skills can directly increase your earnings.
Compensation:
*$16.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
*Daily incentives
*Attractive bonus structure based on performance
Responsibilities:
*Contact consumers regarding outstanding accounts
*Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements
*Maintain professional and compliant communication with clients
*Accurately document account activity
*Meet daily and monthly performance goals
Qualifications:
*Strong verbal communication skills
*Ability to negotiate and problem solve
*Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
*Professional phone etiquette
*Collection experience preferred but not required
