Who we are: Sir Grout is a national leader in hard surface restoration with franchises though out the US and Singapore. We specialize in revitalizing tile, grout, stone and wood surfaces to look like new. We have been in business since 2003 and began franchising in 2007.
Position: Sir Grout has a virtual call center to service our franchise owners that consists of full and part time customer service reps that work from the comfort of their homes. Due to our growth, we are looking to add a part time customer service rep to the team. The position reports to a remote call center manager based in Ohio.
Qualifications: You must have ALL of the following: (Sorry, no exceptions)
1. Strong phone skills. Ability to handle high call volume.
2. A pleasant and patient attitude
3. A quiet place to take and make phone calls
4. High speed internet with a modem or router that you can plug an internet phone into (we provide the internet phone system)
5. A working computer that runs at a good speed
6. Basic computer knowledge of how to use the internet and email
7. Must be able to work Monday through Friday between the hours of 12:00PM and 8:00PM EST and Saturday between the hours of 9:00AM and 5:00PM EST. Saturdays are required.
Duties of the position
1. You must be at your work space ready to answer the phone as soon as it rings. This is not a position that you can watch children and perform other chores while you are working.
2. Answer incoming calls from customers and setting up estimate appointments
3. Answering incoming calls from customers and setting up work appointments
4. Answering incoming calls from customers and rescheduling or cancelling estimate or work appointments
5. Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on internet leads and schedule estimate appointments for these customers
6. Returning voice mail messages left by customers
We will train you over a period of 2-3 days depending on your aptitude. Training may be on-site or remotely via phone and internet.
What we provide:
We will provide you with an IP phone system to handle incoming and outgoing calls.
