We are seeking experienced event chefs for Indian and Kosher events. This position requires knowledge of plated service at Indian weddings or the ability to adapt quickly and learn on the fly.
POSITION DETAILS:
• Role: Event Chef
• Setting: Indian wedding receptions
• Service Style: Plated dinner service
REQUIREMENTS:
• Prior experience with Indian wedding plated service strongly preferred
• OR demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt in fast-paced environments
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Physical stamina to remain on feet for extended periods
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Familiarity with Indian cuisine and cultural traditions
• Previous banquet or catering experience
• Understanding of multi-course meal service
