The Perlant is a private social club rooted in wine. Our goal is to build a community around a shared love of food and wine, paired with unmatched hospitality and member experiences.
The kitchen at The Perlant is a team that works together to get through every ticket that comes in. In the kitchen you will learn how to take classic techniques and apply them to new and fun ways to work with ingredients. The kitchen at The Perlant has one voice, but offers autonomy to make positive decisions that improve service for our members. When we are in service, all outside distractions disappear and we execute, together, call after call. We offer an environment of transparency, open communication, respect and understanding while executing at the highest level of culinary excellence we are capable of day in and out.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Porter plays a critical role in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and flow in a high-end kitchen environment. This team member is responsible not only for dish sanitation but also for supporting daily kitchen cleanliness, inventory awareness, and smooth back-of-house operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
