Open Positions
1. Sous Chef
Responsibilities:
- Act as second in command to the Head Chef.
- Prepare food items (cutting, chopping, mixing, preparing sauces).
- Cook food items using various methods (grilling, frying, sautéing) to specified recipes and standards.
- Set up and stock food items and necessary supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling and storing food.
- Clean and sanitize cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
- Perform inventory checks and complete food storage logs.
Qualifications:
- Basic written and verbal communication skills.
- One to two years of experience as a line cook, restaurant cook, or prep cook.
- Certificate in Culinary Arts preferred.
- Experience with various cooking methods and procedures.
- Familiarity with industry best practices.
2. Food Runner
Our Food Runners ensure food is delivered quickly and accurately from the kitchen to our guests, playing an essential role in creating an enjoyable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver food to guests promptly and accurately, maintaining excellent presentation and professionalism.
- Assist servers by communicating any guest needs to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Keep service areas clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift.
- Provide a friendly, helpful presence and answer guest questions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with a strong sense of urgency.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to assist wherever needed.
