• The spirit of 18th century English mahogany is revived in the Bloomsbury, with its impressive cabinet of Honduras mahogany nearly seven feet tall.
• The regal pediment and curved base are inlaid with matched crotch grain mahogany, hand finished in our Mahogany Vintage finish to heighten the beautiful characteristics of this rare wood.
• Additional inlays accent the carved shell motif, recreated from the mid-18th century shell design of celebrated cabinet maker John Goddard.
• The locking pendulum door is set with laterally crowned glass. Adding dimension to the polished brass weights and large 10.5 INCH lyre pendulum.
• The dial door opens to reveal a brass finished moon phase dial with polished brass Arabic numerals and individually cast and gold-plated corner spandrels.
• The triple chime, cable-wound movement plays Westminster, St. Michael and Whittington chimes with dual shutoff options.
• Measures 83 7/8 high x 20 wide x 13 ¼ deep.
• Movement cleaned and oiled.
