This Groen DHT-20 tilting kettle is fully functional and comes straight out of a working restaurant environment. There are no significant signs of wear.

2/3 steam jacketed (meaning bottom two-thirds of the kettle are surrounded by steam for even heating).
Material: 316 stainless steel interior liner for corrosion resistance. 304 stainless steel exterior and console.
