This set is clean & in very good condition.

In comparing the pieces with the picture on the front of the box it appears all pieces are included, except some missing stickers.

There are extra pieces included as shown in the last picture.

The picture on the front of the case has a tear in it as can be seen in the next to last picture.

Not recommended for children under 3.
