If you only need a small kitchen table 30 x 42 BUT too often someone shows up and the table is too small.
Well, flip up one side or both sides. From 42 x 30 to 42 x 47 or even 42 x 64. No more getting out the extra leaves and pulling the two ends of the table to place a leaf in place. Simply lift the side up and pull out the support peg and you are done. This table is all solid maple wood no particular board material just solid wood.
