About the Role
Elle Ministries is seeking licensed mental health clinicians to provide outpatient services through secure telehealth platforms to patients located in Georgia. This fully remote opportunity offers flexible scheduling within a supportive, faith-based outpatient practice committed to compassionate, ethical, and evidence-based care.
This role is open to:
• Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC/LPC)
• Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC)
• Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
Clinicians will provide therapy, counseling, and psychosocial support while working entirely remotely with no inpatient, emergency, or on-call duties.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct mental health assessments and evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and counseling plans
• Provide direct therapeutic care via telehealth to patients of all ages.
• Monitor, document, and report patient progress and behavioral changes.
• Ensure the safety, confidentiality, and well-being of all patients.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation by regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.

Requirements
• Active Georgia license as LMHC, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Experience in a mental health or counseling setting preferred.
• Comfortable delivering care via telehealth platforms.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a private workspace for remote sessions.
• Applicants who are not yet credentialed with insurance networks are welcome to apply; our team will manage all credentialing process.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
