This is a full=time position Monday - Friday from 7am - 4pm. The expectations of this property are high and it stays busy. Looking for someone consistent and hardworking to keep up with the pace and demands of this property. It isn't a problem for someone who shows up consistently and keeps themselves busy throughout the work day. Candidates with a pickup truck are preferred as it would make the valet portion of the job much easier, although it is not a definite requirement. W2 position. Competitive pay + reimbursements. We are seeking a reliable Full Time Trash Porter to maintain the exterior appearance of a property in downtown. The Porter will be responsible for keeping the parking lots clear of litter, emptying and relining communal trash containers, maintaining of trash compactor areas, valeting tenant trash, leaf blowing, and reporting any illegal dumping to management and designated cleaning tasks as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
Sweep, blow, and maintain parking lots
Collect and dispose of on site trash and litter
Maintain dumpster areas
Report illegal dumping to management
Other cleaning duties as assigned
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and automobile insurance
Must have reliable transportation
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
