We are a growing real estate investment company specializing in fix-and-flip projects and rental properties. As we continue to expand, we are building our own in-house contractor team and are looking for an experienced, reliable carpenter to join us part-time.

Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience
Must have reliable transportation
Ability to pick up materials from Home Depot or other suppliers
Must have own tools
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and follow project scopes
Job Duties
Pick up materials needed for the scope of work
Install baseboards
Install quarter rounds
Frame interior walls
Install interior and exterior doors
Complete general carpentry tasks as assigned
