compensation: Fee share, based on experience
employment type: contract
telecommuting okay

Are you trying to build a book of business, but don't have much money to spend on infrastructure?
Are you developing your practice, but not making enough money to practice law full-time?
Do you want to look like you have a solid practice, but haven't had much success in putting it all together?
Are you still using an email address ending in "gmail.com" for your business email?

If you're an attorney licensed to practice, we can help you look like a credible attorney and build your business. You can utilize our infrastructure, tools, support staff and resources while building a book of business and receiving leads that come into the firm (if appropriate for your areas of practice and level of experience). What we need from you is your availability to provide great legal services, as needed, to our clients and produce income for the firm. You will be compensated based on a fee share arrangement for all matters on which you work (for work you bring to the firm, your share will be much higher). We will need you part-time, as needed. You will usually remotely.

We'll provide you with the following infrastructure/firm resources:
Receptionist
Firm-branded email address
Office address
Profile and photo on firm website
Access to conference rooms and office
Lexis Nexis access
Forms library
Fax, conference calling, and virtual meeting services
Scheduling services
Practice management software
Support staff services (administration and paralegal)

The bottom line is this:
(1) You'll look credible.
(2) You'll have the resources and tools to service clients.
(3) You'll receive leads that come in from the firm, while you work on building your book of business.
(4) You'll receive mentorship and comradery from other firm attorneys.

We will not choose more than 4 attorneys for this opportunity. Apply with your resume and a brief statement about what makes the opportunity attractive to you, your practice areas, and the states in which you are licensed to practice.
  • Principals only. Recruiters, please don't contact this job poster.
  • do NOT contact us with unsolicited services or offers
