We are a nationwide company that provides private mortgage note solutions in the FORECLOSURE Industry. We are seeking to recruit several loss mitigation agents nationwide to join the expansion of our company. We are neither a loan modification company nor a loan servicing company. All transactions are conducted by the company and its accredited investors in compliance with Federal and State laws. state by state nationwide.
Requirements:
-Must know loss mitigation and/or have a foreclosure background ( no exceptions )
-Must have the ability to bring in your own clients via social media nationwide
-Must have a laptop, a desktop computer, or an iPad.
-Must have a social media account or TikTok minimum; no exceptions.
-Must be outgoing and persistent
-Must have a Zoom account
-Must have a sound Wifi
-Be available for a corporate Zoom meeting with the director twice a week
-Available to provide daily updated reports
-Have a WhatsApp account;
-Must have the ability to close 3-4 deals per week
-Must work from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (in your time zone)
- Available Monday to Friday
What The Company Provides;
-$25.00 per hour Monday to Friday & $1,000 per week
- Plus amazing commissions every Saturday.
