THE FITNESS MAFIA & LOVE THE BURN are joining forces to bring you the weekly "POWER HOUR" Fitness Course! This is an exciting outdoor (weather permitting) group workout session designed to strengthen, tone, and burn calories. The course is suitable for all workout levels because we make sure that beginners are not overworked, while ensuring that the advanced are sufficiently challenged.
The "Power Hour" is held Mon-Fri, 7-8pm @ The Village Calisthenics Park and each day offers a different type of workout so you can choose what works for your fitness needs.
Monday: Total Body Toning with Kris Davis
Tuesday: Core & Calisthenics with Antonio Petersen
Wednesday: Absolute Abs with Kris Davis
Thursday: Crossfit with Antonio Petersen
Friday: Speed & Agility with Antonio Petersen
