New old stock. I only played it 5-10 minutes to make sure everything worked. Plastic is still on control cavity cover. Made in Korea in 2006. MSRP of $649 in 2007 would be $994 today. A beautiful (metallic pearl white), 24 fret, powerful bass with active electronics. Photos do not do it justice. Check out the description and catalog photos on the website and notice the MTB-230's only had "two" band eq (treble and bass), master volume and pickup blend controls. Please notice this one is very rare with "three" band eq's (treble, midrange and bass), master volume and pickup blend controls. I have never seen another one with the "three" band eq. Graphite nut, jumbo frets, extended heel and hard c to flat radius neck. Please check out reviews and the website. Tradition Guitar's, IMO, is one of the most under rated brands out there. Also, IMO, would compete with any $2k bass. PLEASE, no phone calls before 10am or after 9pm.
